Every piece from Silentmars Workshop is made by hand in a one-person shop near Rochester, NY. I want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
In-Stock Items
You may return unused, in-stock items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me before sending anything back. Once the item arrives and is inspected, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are built specifically for you, so they can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or don’t match the details we agreed on. Please double-check names, spelling, and dimensions before ordering.
Digital Downloads
Because digital files (SVG, DXF, CRV and similar) are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. If a file is corrupt or won’t open, contact me and I’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I’ll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
A Note About Natural Wood
Wood is a natural material. Grain, color, and small knots will vary from the photos, and that’s part of what makes each piece unique. These natural variations aren’t considered defects.
Local Pickup and Drop-Off
For orders picked up or dropped off locally in the Rochester area, please inspect your item at handoff. Returns follow the same rules above.
